Vamani Millhouse is a multimedia artist, specialized in graphic design, digital illustration, painting, photography and 3 dimensional art. Studying at Loyola Marymount University to receive his BA in Studio Arts with a minor in African American Studies, his work unapologetically encapsulates magnifying stories of black advancement, culture, and community. With a strong passion to push boundaries within the artworld through constant execution of multiple mediums, he further seeks opportunities in his work to examine the consequences of racial injustice and how it actively affects the Black experience in America. Influenced heavily by the charismatic and pure attributes of youth in his life, alongside the interchangeable qualities of nature, he uses his unique visual style to communicate a mere representation of Afro–diasporic achievement and empowerment. Vamani wishes to use his own research and experiences to create opportunities for underserved youth, through art.
